Start the week with energy. Listen Music

I answer the question. How can I start the week with tons of energy? By simply listening to music, you can achieve to start with energy, with no stress, reduce pain, and have other health benefits that will allow you to maintain yourself fresh for the whole week, and so on.

Why is "listening music" the answer? Here is why:

Music is great pain therapy. 
There are several theories about how music positively affects perceived pain:
