Disney is trying to block Deadmau5's trademark

Apparently Deadmau5 is trying to trademark his design in the US, as he has done in over 30 countries including the UK, Japan, and Germany. Disney disagree with this request, trying to block Deadmau5's trademark in the US.

That is the tweet posted by Deadmau5 yesterday

You can see the head similarity, however from my point of view, they are way different. You make up your own conclusions. 

He has been wearing his trademark plastic mouse head for 10 years now. The registration would cover classes of products from toys to BMX bikes. Disney began investigating the matter back in April.

Disney thinks you might confuse an established electronic musician / performer with a cartoon mouse. That's how stupid they think you are.
