How much time do we spend on Music

A recent study by Edison Research says Americans listen to 4.8 hours of audio each day.

The study fills a gap in understanding about American's listening habits. This includes radio AM/FM on the car, owned music by using Bluetooth enabled media devices, like smartphones, or mp3 players and using portable Bluetooth speakers, at home using a sound system. Anything related to music.

These figures are averages across the entire population of Americans age 13 and over and it was taking a representative sample of  2096 samples. It is all summarized in the following chart.
