Benefits of Music Meditation

Two important benefits:

  • Meditation prevents stress from getting into the system
  • Meditation releases accumulated stress that is in the system

These are some alternate effects you'll get from meditation:

  • Anxiety decreases
  • Emotional stability improves
  • Creativity increases
  • Happiness increases
  • Intuition develops
  • Gain clarity and peace of mind
  • Problems become smaller
  • Meditation sharpens the mind by gaining focus and expands through relaxation
  • A sharp mind without expansion causes tension, anger and frustration
  • An expanded consciousness without sharpness can lead to lack of action/progress
  • The balance of a sharp mind and an expanded consciousness brings perfection
  • Meditation makes you aware - that your inner attitude determines your happiness.

Music for healing

Music Helps Relieve Stress, Reduce Anxiety, Dissolve Fear, Alleviate Worry, And Dissipate Regrets. Nothing Can Change Your State Faster Than Uplifting Music

Because sound has the capacity of penetrating deep within very quickly, the right music can significantly influence the body and mind. This is where Music Therapy comes into play. Utilized as a healing model, music can be effective in shifting an individual out of depression and into a joyful state.

We can observe this effects in something very common, religion. Religious traditions and spiritual communities, who have observed the profoundly curative powers of music, have made a very prominent place for music in their worship and ritual.

It is a fact of the 4th Density space-time continuum known as the “manifest universe” that everything is composed of vibration energy. Matter is simply energy that has concertized because of the way that it vibrates. Everything in creation emerged form an initial vibration, which was known as the “primordial sound of creation”

Because the most profound and fundamental nature of our body is actually a rarefied vibration of sound, healing the deepest parts of our physical being can be accomplished through sound where no other techniques or intervention will work. Such is the power and access that sound has in the healing process.

Give it a try, wake up with some nice song you like, or rhythms that can make you try to dance even if you are still sleep.

Forget about Drugstores and listen to music.

I've show you some other benefits of music before. Music is the most majestic stimulation for brain, plus we all love music. Regardless taste of music, it will always be refreshing listen to a song whether your in a bad mood, or in a good mood.

Relax patients before surgery. One study found that listening to music helped put cardiovascular surgery patients at ease as they awaited their operations. That’s a major benefit for the nearly four million people who get heart surgery each year in the U.S.

Ease stress after surgery. Music isn't only helpful pre-surgery. Another study revealed that listening to music while resting in bed after open heart surgery helped relax patients and decrease their stress levels.

Elevate mood while driving. Listening to music while driving can positively impact mood. So when you’re feeling cranky in the car, try cranking some of your favorite tunes.

Help cancer patients manage stress and anxiety. Music has been found to help cancer patients communicate their feelings, manage stress, and ease physical pain and discomfort. It can also reduce anxiety and improve their quality of life.

Ease recovery in stroke patients. Researchers in Finland concluded that when stroke patients listened to music for two hours a day, their verbal memory and attention improved and they had a more positive mood compared to patients who didn't listen to music or who listened to audio books.

Listen to music, while driving, during a picnic, at the beach. Take music with you wherever you go.

There is more, more benefits of Music

You would be surprised of how many benefits are found on listening to music. Here, I leave you 5 more of them. Listen, enjoy, and get cured from reality.

Relieve symptoms of depression. When you’re feeling down in the dumps, music can help pick you up (much like exercise). Research suggests the kind of music matters: Classical and meditative sounds seem to be particularly uplifting, whereas heavy metal and techno can actually make depressive symptoms worse.

Elevate mood. A 2013 study found that music helped put people in a better mood and get in touch with their feelings. Study participants rated “arousal and mood regulation” and “self-awareness” as the two most important benefits of listening to music.

Improve cognitive performance. Background music may enhance performance on cognitive tasks. One older study found that listening to music allowed test takers to complete more questions in the time allotted, and get more answers right. More recent research suggests that whether or not music improves cognitive function depends on whether the music first improves a person’s emotional state.

Help people perform better in high-pressure situations. Want to sink the game-winning shot when the pressure’s on? Listen to some upbeat tunes before the big game. One study found that basketball players prone to performing poorly under pressure during games were significantly better during high-pressure free-throw shooting if they first listened to catchy, upbeat music and lyrics.

Reduce anxiety as much as a massage. One study found that music’s effect on anxiety levels is similar to the effect of getting a massage. Here’s an idea: Treat yourself to a massage and bring your favorite chilled out tunes to play during the session. Double the relaxation!
